HACSPA Board
Holland Aquatic Center (HAC) is independently operated by the Holland Area Community Swimming Pool Authority (HACSPA). HACSPA provides oversight for HAC’s operations.
HACSPA is an authority formed by the municipalities of the City of Holland, Holland Charter Township, Park Township, and Laketown Township. Each of these municipalities appoints a designated number of representatives to the HACSPA Board of Directors.

A Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request must be presented in writing. Please read the forms thoroughly to ensure that you understand the process for requesting information.
You may submit a request to Holland Aquatic Center in any of these ways:
- Hand-deliver to the HAC business office.
- Mail to 550 Maple Avenue, Holland MI, 49423.
- Email as an attachment (include “FOIA Request” in the subject line).
- Fax to (616) 393-7596.
