Personal Training & health Coaching
Maximize your HAC experience by working with one of our nationally-certified personal trainers or meeting with our health coach! Personal training sessions and health coaching sessions are totally customizable and will be shaped to fit your individual needs, whether you are a newbie looking for guidance or you’re training for your seventh Ironman competition.

Meet our trainers

Jennifer Ritsema
Jen is HAC’s Operations Manager for Wellness and Community Recreation. She received her first group fitness certifications in 2008 (Mad Dogg Spinning and Barre Physique) and has since obtained a dozen more, including Schwinn Indoor Cycling, AFAA Group Exercise and Personal Training, and TRX. Jen is also a 200-hour RYT and a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She is truly enthusiastic and passionate about all things wellness and movement!

David Mart
David is an avid marathon runner who has participated in various road races throughout the country. He is a NASM certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. David is an upbeat encourager with a passion to help people reach their fitness goals. He loves connecting with people from various backgrounds and getting to know them personally in order to understand how he can inspire them to make positive changes.
David is currently accepting new clients!
Nutrition and Health Coaching
David is also available for nutrition and health coaching appointments!
As a nutrition coach, David takes his clients on a self-discovery journey to find the eating lifestyle that suits each individual. He takes joy in sharing his knowledge about food and nutrition, helping people make wise food choices and empowering them to establish healthy eating habits to change their lives for the better. David believes that good food is like natural medicine and has the power to transofrm your life in positive ways.
