• What time do you open? What time is lap swimming available? When is Splash Time?

• How do I cancel my membership?
  Please submit your cancellation request online using our Membership Cancellation Form. You will receive a confirmation email when your request has been processed, usually within 1 to 2 business days.
• Can I host my child’s birthday party at HAC? How much will it cost?
  Of course! We love hosting birthday parties at HAC! Please fill out our Rental Request form and a staff member will reach out within 1 to 2 business days to confirm your reservation. Current rates can be found on our Party & Room Rentals page.
• How do I request a donation from HAC for my organization?
  Please submit your request online using our Donation Request Form. A staff member will reach out if we are able to fulfill your request.
• How do I register for a membership at HAC?
  We do not offer online membership registration at this time. Please stop by the facility during business hours or call 616-393-7595 and our friendly Guest Services staff members will assist you in getting started.
• Do you sell day passes or guest passes? How much does it cost?
  Visitors are always welcome at HAC! Our current single-visit pass rates can be found on the Single Visit Pass page.
• If I purchase a single-visit pass, can I come and go as many times as I want during the day?
  A single-visit pass is valid for one visit only. If you leave the facility, you will be required to pay for re-entry.
• Do I have to live in Holland to use the Holland Aquatic Center?
  No, everyone is welcome at HAC, regardless of where they live!
• How do I make a donation to HAC?
  Please visit the Give page to make a donation to the HAC Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization which supports HAC’s programming and operations.
