June Fitness and Wellness Class Schedule

All classes listed by the days of the week

Register for classes by the month by going to Programs (recdesk.com) (filter Fitness).

If single session participation is preferred, drop-in rates are $10 plus the single-visit rate (with the exception of Outdoor Yoga which does not have a single visit rate). Drop-in is based on class availability.

Mondays

Deep Water Aerobics — 8:00 to 8:55 am
Shallow Water Aerobics — 9:00 to 9:55 am
WaterWorks (Stretching/Mobility) — 11:00 to 11:55 am
Zumba — 4:30 to 5:25 pm

Tuesdays

Deep Water Aerobics — 8:00 to 8:55 am
Outdoor Yoga* — 6:00 to 7:00 pm

Wednesdays

Deep Water Aerobics — 8:00 to 8:55 am
Shallow Water Aerobics — 9:00 to 9:55 am
WaterWorks (Stretching/Mobility) — 11:00 to 11:55 am
Barre Fusion — 5:30 to 6:25 pm

Thursdays

Walk This Way (Lazy River Workout) — 7:00 to 7:45 am
Deep Water Aerobics — 8:00 to 8:55 am

Fridays

Shallow Water Aerobics — 9:00 to 9:55 am
