HCAC is grateful for the support of our Holland Area Community Swimming Pool Authority Board Representatives. Eva Dean Folkert joined the HACSPA Board in 2020 and represents the HCAC tax supporters in the City of Holland.
A native New Yorker, Eva Dean Folkert became a Michigander when she enrolled at Hope College and then later made Holland her permanent home. She loves her adopted state and hometown and enjoys adventuring in both. Folkert is a former co-director of athletics at Hope and is now the director of communication services at the college, a role in which she writes extensively about Hope people, research, sports and news. She is married to Holland-native Cal Folkert, and the couple have two married sons and a new grandchild.
