Masters Adult Swim Fit Program

The Masters – Adult Swim Fit (MASF) program at Holland Aquatic Center is both a recreational and competitive swim program for 18yr + adults.

Whether you have recently learned to swim or have been a swimmer your whole life, you are welcome to participate in its positive and welcoming team atmosphere. Participants are welcome to compete or simply focus on improving swimming skills.

Our Approach

MASF is technique-based and practices focus on quality yardage rather than high volume.

You can expect a coaching approach that is holistic with individual attention for all athletes. We will help you develop the physical, technical and psychological skills you need to enhance performance and grow in love for the sport. We will also support you through observation, feedback, and video stroke analysis.

Most practices begin with dryland work, emphasizing swim-specific exercises that develop core strength, flexibility, and power, while reducing the risk of injury.
