Geared toward our active senior population, this purposeful fitness class will mimic everyday tasks with an emphasis on balance to help ease your daily activities. Movement patterns include walking, squatting, bending, pushing and pulling as we aim to utilize all of the major muscle groups in your body. Modifications will be offered for those with limited mobility.
