All fitness classes below are listed by day of the week. All core fitness classes are free with a Holland Aquatic Center membership except where noted. Premium fitness classes are not included in HAC membership and an additional fee applies for registration.
It’s easy for members to register for fitness classes—just go to our Programs page and filter by Fitness! Participants may also register for single sessions if preferred.
Drop-in/non-members are welcome for a $10.00 class fee plus the facility single-visit fee. Drop-in availability is based on class sizes.

Monthly Challenge Information
June Wellness Challenge: Let’s Hydrate!
Cost: $5 members / $15 non-members
As the weather warms up, staying hydrated is as important as ever! Join our 30-day Hydration Challenge by drinking at least 64 ounces of water every day in the month of June. Using your monthly challenge handout, record how many days you drink at least 64oz of water. Challenge handouts can be picked up at the 2nd floor Fitness Desk upon registering for the challenge on RecDesk! 64 oz. is equivalent to eight glasses of water per day. If you reach this goal every day for the month, please turn in your completed handout to enter our monthly wellness raffle! To learn more about the benefits of hydration and daily water recommendations, please visit the Mayo Clinic’s website.
Participants must register/pay on RecDesk by Monday, June 9 to qualify for a raffle entry. Handouts must be turned in by Tuesday, July 8 to enter the raffle.

Strength & Sculpt is a 12-week program designed to help you hit those summer goals. Intentionally designed for small groups, this 30-minute, circuit-style class will help you build power, stability, and total body strength. Over three 4-week training blocks, you’ll learn and master specific exercises that focus on form, technique, and muscle growth. Coach Jaci will guide you through progressively challenging movements to help you get the best results, all in a fun, supportive, small group training environment. All fitness levels are welcome!
