Spring 2025 Fitness Classes

Please read this blog post for more details on our seasonal fitness schedule. This class schedule is valid March 1 through May 31, 2025.

All fitness classes below are listed by day of the week. All core fitness classes are free with a Holland Aquatic Center membership except where noted. Premium fitness classes are not included in HAC membership and an additional fee applies for registration.

It’s easy for members to register for fitness classes—just go to our Programs page and filter by Fitness! Participants may also register for single sessions if preferred.

Drop-in/non-members are welcome for a $10.00 class fee plus the facility single-visit fee. Drop-in availability is based on class sizes.

Class Cancellations

  • No classes after 4:00pm on Wednesday, March 5. HAC will be closing early at 5:00pm for an all-staff training.
  • No classes on Monday, May 26. HAC will be closed all day in observance of Memorial Day.

Monthly Challenge Information

March Wellness Challenge
Cost: $5 members / $15 non-members
Join our March Wellness Challenge and be a “green machine” this month! Eat 10 “greens” per week for four weeks in a row, and you’ll be entered to win some super-cool HAC prizes! This challenge runs Sunday, March 2, through Saturday, March 29. Eating “greens” is completed at your own pace and will be tracked by the participant using the handout provided by HAC. Pick up your handout at the 2nd floor Fitness Desk/ For the purpose of this challenge, “greens” includes any fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, beans, or legumes. Participants must register on RecDesk by Friday, March 7, to qualify for a raffle entry.

Featured Class of the Month: Arms + Abs
Wednesdays at 11:00-11:30am in the Wellness Room
Fridays at 10:30-11:00am in the Wellness Room

HAC members can bring a friend to try our Featured Class of the Month at no cost! March’s featured class is Arms + Abs in the Wellness Room on Wednesdays (11:00-11:30am) and Fridays (10:30-11:00am). Each guest is limited to one free class during the month, but members may invite an unlimited number of guests to the featured classes throughout the month. Guests must sign a digital waiver at the front desk before participating in classes.
