All classes below are listed by day of the week. All core classes are free with a Holland Aquatic Center membership except where noted. An asterisk (*) denotes a premium class not included in HAC membership (additional fee applies for registration).

It’s easy for members to register for fitness classes by the month – just go to our Programs page and filter by Fitness! Participants may also register for single sessions if preferred.

Drop-in/non-members are welcome for a $10.00 class fee plus the facility single-visit fee. Drop-in availability is based on class sizes.
