Seasoned athletes recommit to their training, newcomers set goals and begin their fitness journey, and both groups improve their quality of life through movement. 30 Day Squat Challenge
Cost: $5 members / $15 non-members
Start the year strong by joining our 30 Day Squat Challenge. During the month of January, complete 50 squats of any variation on each day of the month and you’ll be entered to win some awesome HAC-themed prizes! Squats can be completed at HAC or another location of your choice. This fitness challenge is self-tracked, so remember our core value of Honesty!
Register for the challenge on RecDesk by January 12 to be included in the challenge. Upon completion of the challenge, fill out your raffle ticket at the 2nd floor Fitness Desk by 5:00pm on 2/5/25 to be included in our drawing.
Transformation Challenge 2025
Cost: $119 members / $149 non-members
Get ready to transform your body and mind with our six-week-long fat loss challenge! Say goodbye to stubborn inches and hello to a happier, healthier you. This challenge is not just about losing weight, it’s about learning how to make sustainable changes to your eating habits and mindset. Program fee includes transformation challenge workbook, progress trackers, meal planning tips, encouragement and accountability, strength training workouts, customized calorie and macro goals, “mindset matters” coaching, simplified healthy recipes, and weekly group education sessions.
Featured Class of the Month
Beginning on January 2, HAC members can bring a friend to try our Featured Class of the Month at no cost! January’s featured class is Yoga Flow on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm. Each guest is limited to one free class during the month. Members may invite an unlimited number of guests to the featured class(es) throughout the month. Guests must sign a digital waiver at the front desk before participating in classes.
