At HAC, one of our top priorities is providing a clean and safe facility for our members and guests to enjoy. To accomplish that goal, we will be closing the Community Pool Deck from Monday, April 14, through Thursday, April 17. The doors entering from the UCR and Wet Corridor will be locked, and there will be no access to the Community Pool Deck or its amenities during this time.
The Community Pool Deck includes:
- Sauna, Steam Room, and Spa
- 20-yard Community Lap Pool
- Water Slide
- Lazy River and Activity Pool
- Splash Zone
Closing these pools and amenities will allow us to accomplish the following tasks:
- Drain the Splash Zone, install new landing pads under slides, install new feature bases, deep clean.
- Drain the Spa and deep clean.
- Partially drain the Community Lap Pool and deep clean.
- Deep clean the water slide.
- Drain the Lazy River and Activity Pool; deep clean both amenities.
- Perform intensive deep clean of Sauna and Steam Room.
- Deep clean entire pool deck with specialized cleaning solution.
The following events will be impacted due to these pool closures:
- Preschool Splash Time on Monday, April 14 – CANCELLED
- Family Splash Time on Monday, April 14 – CANCELLED
- Family Splash Time on Wednesday, April 16 – CANCELLED
- Preschool Splash Time on Thursday, April 17 – CANCELLED
- Aqua fitness class registrants have been emailed with information about their classes being relocated or cancelled. For more information, please call us at 616-393-7595.
