March Fitness and Wellness Classes

All classes below listed by the days of the week. All core classes are free with membership except where noted.

Register for classes by the month by going to Programs (recdesk.com) (filter Fitness).

If single session participation is preferred, drop-in rates are $10 plus the single-visit rate for non-member. Drop-in is based on class availability.

Mondays

Deep Water Aerobics — 8:00 to 8:55 am
Move & Stretch — 8:15 – 8:45 am
Shallow Water Aerobics — 9:00 to 9:55 am
Yoga Flow — 9:00 – 9:50 am
Water Works (Stretching/Mobility) — 11:00 to 11:55 am
Fit & Strong — 1:00 – 2:30 pm
Zumba — 4:30 – 5:25 pm
Barre Fusion — 5:30 – 6:25 pm
Aqua Zumba — 6:15 – 7:00 pm – March 27 only

Tuesdays

Kids Zumba — 4:30 – 5:10 pm
Power Up Strength — 5:15 – 6:00 pm
