Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a mixed-level class designed for participants of all abilities. We will link breath and movement together to build strength, balance, flexibility and confidence on the mat. Each practice will guide you through yoga postures and stretches with intention and alignment awareness while offering modifications to both increase or decrease the challenge as you move within each pose. This is a dynamic class suitable for exactly where you are in your training.
