Power Yoga Flow is a mixed-level class designed for participants with some yoga experience. We will link breath and movement together to build strength, balance, flexibility and confidence on the mat. Each practice will guide you through yoga postures and stretches with intention and alignment awareness. Modifications will be offered to both increase and decrease the challenge as you move within each pose. This class is suitable for yogis, athletes and anyone looking for a strong and dynamic practice.
