Personal Training & health Coaching
Maximize your HAC experience by working with one of our nationally-certified personal trainers or meeting with our health coach! Personal training sessions and health coaching sessions are totally customizable and will be shaped to fit your individual needs, whether you are a newbie looking for guidance or you’re training for your seventh Ironman competition.

Anne Fowler
Anne has been in the wellness industry for over 25 years. She is a certified personal trainer, a NASM Senior Fit Specialist, an Arthritis Foundation leader for water exercise, and a Silver Sneakers fitness instructor for both land and water. She is a fierce advocate for living a healthy lifestyle and the benefits of movement in daily activities. Her training focuses on balance, core strength, mobility, and joint stability for clients from marathoners to senior citizens.

David Mart
David is an avid marathon runner who has participated in various road races throughout the country. He is a NASM certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. David is an upbeat encourager with a passion to help people reach their fitness goals. He loves connecting with people from various backgrounds and getting to know them personally in order to understand how he can inspire them to make positive changes.
David is currently accepting new clients!

Jennifer Ritsema
Jen is HAC’s Operations Manager for Wellness and Community Recreation. She received her first group fitness certifications in 2008 (Mad Dogg Spinning and Barre Physique) and has since obtained a dozen more, including Schwinn Indoor Cycling, AFAA Group Exercise and Personal Training, and TRX. Jen is also a 200-hour RYT and a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She is truly enthusiastic and passionate about all things wellness and movement!

Health Coaching
HAC is proud to offer the health coaching services of Susan St Angelo. Susan graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as an Integrative Health Coach and is also a certified Pause Breathwork Facilitator.

About Susan St Angelo
Are you stuck? Do you want to be the victim or the hero in your story? Susan enjoys helping others make lifestyle changes and would love to accompany you on your hero’s journey!
Susan will work with you to chart a roadmap to better health and happiness. She believes that, because every person is unique, their wellness plan should be too. Making lifestyle changes requires support and accountability that Susan provides in an intuitive and empathetic manner.
Susan’s journey to health coaching began when she was experiencing health, career, and marriage burnout at age 50. These experiences – and the path she took to address and overcome them – have informed her work as a health coach and breathwork practitioner.
