HAC is home to the year-round competitive Michigan Lakeshore Aquatics (MLA) Swim and Dive teams. Regardless of experience or ability, we work to maximize the potential of each athlete. We believe swimming and diving create life-long opportunities for our athletes in the classroom, the pool and their future careers. We maintain an inviting, positive and creative environment which respects diversity, instills confidence and celebrates hard work.
MLA Swim Team
MLA Swimming is a proud member of USA Swimming (Central Zone) and Michigan Swimming. MLA attends meets sanctioned by USA Swimming and the West Michigan Swim League (WMSL), a local competitive swim league serving the entire West Michigan region.
MLA has been recognized by USA Swimming for the following Club Excellence awards:
- Bronze Medal Club (Top 200): 2025, 2024, 2017, 2015, 2013
- Silver Medal Club (Top 100): 2021-2018, 2014, 2011

MLA Diving is a proud member of USA Diving. The team focuses on offering the best diving instruction in the Midwest regardless of your skill level.
