Rock Steady Boxing

Rock Steady Boxing (RSB) helps people with Parkinson’s disease fight their disease by providing non-contact, boxing-style fitness programs that improve their quality of life. Recent studies suggest that intense exercise programs may be neuroprotective, working to delay the progression of Parkinson’s symptoms. RSB classes have proven that anyone at any stage of Parkinson’s disease can lessen their symptoms and lead a healthier, happier life. Classes are adapted for each boxer with a focus on overall fitness, strength training, reaction time, and balance.
